After the success of the Samsung Galaxy S8 accumulated in the net the expectations and rumors to the successor Galaxy S9 in a regular showdown. What is known so far:

The current Galaxy S8 is a success for Samsung all along the line. According to the Korean company, the smartphone sells significantly better than its predecessor Galaxy S7. In South Korea alone, more than one million units were sold in the first month after release.

No wonder the fans are now talking about a possible successor Galaxy S9 fusselig. Even if Samsung has not yet officially expressed itself as a successor of its current flagship, the network rumors about the next Supersmartphone of the Koreans.

Before the schedule
Apparently, Samsung has already begun with the development of the Galaxy S9. Compared to the previous devices, the manufacturer is thus several months before the unofficial schedule. The working title or code name for the Galaxy S8 successor is “Star” or “Star2” for a second, larger model.

After Samsung has established a new design standard in design with the frameless screen at the S8. Now the question arises, does the manufacturer remain with the new design language? Some sources predict that Samsung will continue to work on its large screen called “Infinity Display” to make it even more powerful in the next generation. As the South Korean side “The Investor” wants to have learned, the Samsung Galaxy S9 is now also finally received a dual camera. Previously, Apple or Huawei had installed such cameras, but Samsung had so far withdrawn from this trend.
