The Honor 6X is presented in Germany
Two days before the official launch of the Consumer Electronics Show 2017 in Las Vegas, has today surprisingly the Huawei daughter company Honor, presented the Honor 6X to the german market. The company advertises the Honor 6X as a cheap smartphone with a dual camera. The device is to be available from 4. January 2017 in stores at an RRP of under 250 Euros in the colours gold, silver and grey.
A 64 GB version should follow throughout the year at an RRP of 299 Euros. Other features of the Honor 6X include as well a 5,5 inch full hd display with an resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixel, which is integrated in a full metal housing of 8,2 mm. The camera has a feature called Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF) which enables the camera to focus very fast. The dual camera of the Honor 6X has a blend of f/0.95 – f/16, which allows users a lot of creativity. The 12 megapixel main camera is supported by a 2 megapixel front camera.
Internally the Honor 6X has a 2,1 GHz strong Octa-Core processor of the Kirin 655 type. Complimented to that is 3 GB Ram and an internal 32 GB storage. The smartphone gets its power from a 3.340 mAh strong battery.
